1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using VitalMap software and PostPilot, provided by Web Vital Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our software.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Web Vital Agency is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. PostPilot — Social Media Scheduling

PostPilot is a social media scheduling feature within VitalMap that allows you to connect your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts and publish content on your behalf. By connecting your social accounts, you agree to the following:

• You authorize Web Vital Agency to store your Facebook Page access tokens and use them solely to publish posts you schedule through PostPilot.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with Meta's Community Standards and Platform Policies.
• You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your accounts within the app or through your Facebook security settings. Disconnecting permanently removes all stored tokens.
• We are not responsible for any suspension or restriction of your social media accounts resulting from content you publish via PostPilot.

Our use of the Meta Platform complies with the Meta Platform Terms.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

Our service is designed for human-driven SEO analysis and social media management. The use of automated scripts, bots, or any proprietary software to bypass intended credit costs or scrape data from the platform is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activity will result in immediate termination of access. All sales are final.

6. Payment & Fulfillment

All payments for VitalMap licenses are handled by Paddle.com. By making a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Upon successful payment, your software license or credits will be immediately provisioned to your account.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee for all VitalMap software licenses. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for instructions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to ban or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, harassment of staff, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary heatmap technology. Termination of account results in forfeiture of all unused credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

Web Vital Agency provides tools for analysis and social media management. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or social media reach as a result of using our tools. We are not liable for any changes in your Google Business Profile rankings or business performance.

10. Consumer Rights (EU/UK)

If you are a Consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason (the "cooling-off period"). However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content (software) if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By downloading or accessing the VitalMap software, you express your consent to start the performance and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel.

Your purchase is also governed by Paddle's Invoiced Consumer Terms.
