1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using VitalMap, provided by Web Vital Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Web Vital Agency is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access.
3. Usage Limits & Fair Use
Our service is designed for human-driven SEO analysis. The use of automated scripts, bots, or any proprietary software to bypass intended credit costs or scrape data from the platform is strictly prohibited. Engaging in such activity will result in immediate termination of access. All sales are final.
4. Payment & Checkout
All payments for VitalCredits and subscriptions are handled primarily by our verified checkout partners. By making a purchase, you agree to their Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours.
5. Subscription & Credits
VitalCredits grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to generate ranking reports. Credits are deducted per keyword based on the grid density selected. Credits are digital goods and all sales are final.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to ban or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, harassment of staff, or attempts to reverse-engineer our proprietary heatmap technology. Termination of account results in forfeiture of all unused credits.
7. Limitation of Liability
Web Vital Agency provide tools for analysis. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings as result of using our tools. We are not liable for any changes in your Google Business Profile rankings or business performance.
