1. Merchant of Record

VitalMap software products are sold through Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Data Collection

VitalMap is a software product owned and operated by Web Vital Agency. We collect essential information to provide our services, including:

  • Email addresses: Collected via Supabase Auth for account management.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Information about your SEO scans and keyword rankings within the software.

3. Data Usage

Your data is used strictly for:

  • Generating and delivering your SEO heartbeat reports.
  • Managing your subscription and VitalCredits balance.
  • Sending essential service updates and support responses.
  • Improving the accuracy of our heatmap analysis technology.

3. Facebook & Instagram Data

Our PostPilot social media scheduler integrates with the Meta (Facebook) Platform. When you connect your Facebook or Instagram account, we collect and store:

  • Facebook Page access tokens: Used solely to publish posts to your Pages on your behalf.
  • Instagram Business account identifiers: Used solely to publish content to your linked Instagram Business accounts.
  • Page names and usernames: Displayed within the app so you can identify which accounts are connected.

We do not sell, rent, or share your Facebook or Instagram data with any third party. Tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to perform actions you explicitly initiate within PostPilot. You may disconnect your accounts at any time from the app, which permanently removes all stored tokens.

Our use of Meta platform data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We only share data with service providers necessary to operate the platform:

  • Verified Payment Partners: For secure payment processing and tax compliance.
  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and user authentication.
  • DataForSEO: For retrieving mapping and ranking data (no personal user data is sent here).
  • Meta (Facebook): We send your scheduled post content and media to Facebook/Instagram via their official Graph API on your behalf.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session via Supabase Auth. These cookies are required for the application to function. We do not use tracking cookies for behavioral advertising.

6. International Compliance

We aim to comply with international data protection standards, including GDPR. You have the right to request access to your data or request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
